Info for Your First Class
Here’s a quick checklist to ensure you feel prepared for your first class.
What to wear/bring
We recommend wearing comfortable, fitted clothes you can move in and having long hair pulled back out the way. You can be barefoot for class, or wear grippy Pilates socks, or normal socks.
When you arrive
When you arrive, leave shoes on the black trays on the floor, and hang any jackets or personal items on the coat hangers. Try to arrive a few minutes early and wait in the entry for class to start.
When class starts
Feel free to let your instructor know of any concerns or limitations. She will get you set up on a reformer. Don’t worry if you aren’t familiar with equipment, we will happily guide you through everything. Have a great class!
